For those seeking a peaceful, luxurious and restorative holiday, far from everyday hustle and bustle, our Majorcan casita is your Shangri-La. Tucked far away from the beaten track, yet only a short drive from the Roman town of Pollensa, this tastefully refurbished property sits in three acres of secluded and landscaped gardens, enjoying breath-taking views of the Tramuntana Mountains and the Bay of Pollensa from its elevated position. 

Set within extensive gardens, you will have sole use of the amenities, including the stunning infinity pool and the shady wrap-around terraces of the main house, from which you will enjoy unrivalled panoramas while relaxing in the deep sofas or dining al fresco.

There is a wide, sun drenched poolside terrace, a pool bar and a changing room with shower. Should the children feel restless yet you are disinclined to leave your sun lounger, there is a large activity area within the garden, where they can run around and play games. When you are ready to move out of the sun, and are feeling up to a sporting challenge, the sheltered terraces also accommodate table tennis and football tables where the family can enjoy some friendly rivalry. 

Whichever direction you turn, you are met with a sensational landscape. Imagine waking to watch the glorious sunrise over the mountains as you start the day with a gentle swim. Whenever you dine on the terrace either for a shady lunch or a candle lit dinner, you know that you would be hard pressed to book a table anywhere on the island that commands views like these.

The casita comprises buildings on two different levels: the main building houses a large master bedroom and a double room, both with ensuite showers. The spacious living area is divided into a dining area and a lounge, with television and dvd player; the kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine, dishwasher, wine cooler and coffee machine. Wifi is available at the property and Netflix can be streamed. The casita has its own terrace with dining table and sun loungers. A short flight of stairs gives access to another double bedroom, also with ensuite shower.

 The gardener and housekeeper have their own staff quarters near to the main entrance of the property, and are available to assist guests if required.

 A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, milk, bottled water and sugar is provided to help guests settle in.

Just a 45 minute drive form Palma de Mallorca airport, the casita is ideally situated within easy striking distance of Pollensa, Port de Pollensa and Alcudia; this proximity to an abundance of bars and restaurants, serving Mallorcan and international cuisine, ensures you have plenty of choice close to hand. The towns offer a wealth of shops and galleries, and water sports to suit every taste are available on the beaches. Yacht and motorboat hire, with or without license, can be arranged at Alcudia and Port de Pollensa. A scenic route over the Traumuntana Mountains rewards the traveller with glorious views of Cap de Formentor, golden sandy beaches and the inviting crystal clear waters of its many bays.

 You won’t want to miss the Sunday market in Pollensa, which is a huge visitor attraction, as is the twice weekly market set inside the city walls of Alcudia old town. Much closer to home, an award winning winery and a golf course offer you further distractions. Car hire is highly recommended.
