These two inter-connecting luxury apartments are located in the centre of Kappl, which is only a ten minute drive from the internationally renowned ski resort of Ischgl; with 239km of slopes, reaching all the way to Switzerland, it is ideal for sports holidays in the Tyrolean Alps. And if you are enticed by the idea of summer in the mountains, the breathtaking vistas of flower-carpeted meadows, glimmering lakes and chocolate box Tyrolean villages will stop you in your tracks.

Situated on the sunny side of the Paznaun Valley, the apartments’ spacious balconies bask in all day sun.
From there, you can enjoy glorious views of the mountains, the village below and the activity on the neighbouring ski runs.
After an exhilarating day in the mountains, it is the perfect place to unwind while watching the evening sun disappear from view.
Luxury and function
Attention to detail
Featuring beautiful solid oak floors throughout, the apartments offer a very high standard of comfort, in a traditional Tyrolean style. They are equipped with deep sofas, flat screen televisions in each room and beautifully appointed bathrooms.
Each apartment has two ensuite bedrooms - a double and a twin room with additional foldaway bunk beds, enabling parties of up to six to be comfortably accommodated in each.
Coal effect fires add a homely atmosphere to the large lounge and dining area, and the fully equipped kitchenette includes a dishwasher. When rented together, the apartments are easily interconnected but otherwise solid double doors guarantee complete privacy from each other.
VIP HOspITALITY
To help you relax away from the mountains, there is a great choice of leisure activities in the apartment block: you can choose between a spa with a swimming pool, three types of sauna facility, a relaxing room and terrace. Massage and other spa treatments are available. There are also laundry facilities and a ski room with lockers and boot warmers. Underground parking on two levels provides a parking space for each apartment.
Next door, and reached by a connecting corridor, the Dorfstadl Hotel has a cocktail bar and offers fine dining. There is a selection of restaurants in Kappl and many more in Ischgl.
A few metres from the apartments is the Kappl ski resort and within a short distance, there are further resorts at See and Galtur.
Beautiful views of the village and valley
Kappl is situated in the principal route through the Silveretta Arena and is an easy 45 minute drive from Innsbruck Airport.
Not only is the area a winter paradise for skiers and snowboarders, in summer, its network of forest trails for all levels of ability and inclination attract mountain bikers and walkers up into its energizing mountain air.
